Etica Battery Inc formed a joint venture with its Japanese partner FORCE TECH CO., LTD to establish E-Force, Japan’s first company specializing in decentralized energy market operations, in Nagoya, Japan. The three major segments of this business are VPP, storage batteries and renewable energy aggregation, especially regarding the grid-use battery business which is entrusted with operating storage batteries.
