EticaAG, the leader in fire-safe, immersion cooled battery energy storage systems, today announced that beginning in Q4 2026, all EticaAG orders will be manufactured in the United States with a supply chain fully compliant with Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) restrictions.

This milestone ensures customers qualify for the 30% base Investment Tax Credit (ITC) plus the 10% domestic content adder, for a total of 40% ITC eligibility.

This commitment sets EticaAG apart at a critical moment: 

  • Solar developers are losing access to base ITC incentives.

 

  • Few battery storage manufacturers can meet FEOC restrictions.
