EticaAG, AGBESS Appoints Robert Hibschweiler as Director of Government Solutions

AGBESS, the exclusive government sales partner of EticaAG, today announced the appointment of Robert Hibschweiler as Director of Government Solutions. Hibschweiler will lead AGBESS’s engagement with federal, state, and municipal agencies, helping government customers deploy non-flammable, mission-ready battery energy storage systems.
AGBESS is a division of AssetGenie Inc., a joint venture partner in EticaAG. As EticaAG’s designated channel for all government-sector activity, AGBESS is responsible for bringing EticaAG’s proprietary immersion-cooled battery systems to public infrastructure and defense markets across the United States.
Hibschweiler brings over two decades of experience in government contracting, energy infrastructure, and technical program leadership. His background includes key roles at Gilbane Federal, SAIC, and Interface Consulting, where he managed large-scale federal energy and construction projects. He has deep expertise in federal procurement processes, sustainability-focused technology deployment, and infrastructure modernization.
